Randy Greenberg

Randy Greenberg is considered one of the best strategic executive producers and creative marketing and distribution minds in the entertainment industry today.  For over 22 years, he has been involved in the greenlighting, marketing and distribution of over 200 films and his campaigns have produced over $5 billion in theatrical revenues.  As a transactional Executive Producer, Mr. Greenberg negotiates rights, financing, talent, production and international sales agent deals.  He is currently the EP on a $20+ million independently financed film called “Dead of Night”. He is also EP on “Atlantis Rising” for Dreamworks, “The Beautiful and the Damned” for The Film Department and “Witchblade” at Arclight Films, among others. Mr. Greenberg was also SVP/Head of International Theatrical Dist. and Mktg at Universal Pictures.

Steve Kochak is Vice President of Engineering at Ascent Media's Digital Media Distribution Center (DMDC) in Burbank, California. Over the past 5 years, he has served as Chief Architect for the DMDC's Production Network (ProdNet) and Director of Production IT.  Mr. Kochak designs new solutions for Media Services that help content owners cope with the explosion of digital assets. Prior to Ascent Media, he worked primarily in visual effects for feature films, television films and commercials, including The Chronicles of Riddick, Spiderman and The Librarian: Quest for the Spear. Mr. Kochak received his bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge, performed graduate work at Oxford University in England and received an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

Philip Lelyveld

PHILIP LELYVELD is an Entertainment Technology Strategy Advisor with over 15 years of experience, including 10 years as the VP Digital Industry Relations for The Walt Disney Company's corporate New Technology and New Media Group.  Mr. Lelyveld has significant expertise in the technical, legal and business issues associated with the production, distribution and monetization of traditional media and new media content and services.  Mr. Lelyveld earned his MBA from UCLA, an MS in Geophysics from Stanford and a BS in Engineering from Tufts University.  He is a frequent speaker at media-related events including the Sundance Festival, Digital Hollywood and the TeleManagement Forum as well as advisor to the USC Entertainment Technology Center.

PATRICK GREGSTON was born to a journalist who advised him not to write, “because people don’t read” - so he went to film school. He served as the editor on the Intel project to build the first AVI editor in the late 80’s. He has worked as a film editor, off and online editor, associate producer, producer, director, consultant, manufacturer’s representative, and vendor of post production systems.  Mr. Gregston is producer for Ceilings Unlimited, formed to tell the NOAA Climate Science story; sales consultant to USA Video Interactive, a digital watermark technology development company; and founder and partner of NeoPixSys, an IP holding company specializing in the production and development of the next generation of non linear production and distribution tools.

Josh Resnick

Josh Resnick is co-founder of Pandemic Studios, recently acquired by Electronic Arts.  Mr. Resnick and his partners built Pandemic into a company of over 200 highly skilled programmers, designers, and artists working on a wide variety of high-profile titles for consoles and PCs.  Mr. Resnick’s creativity, strong business background and professional approach have formed the foundation for one of the most respected gaming brands in the world. Mr. Resnick earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993, and his B.A. from Pomona College in 1989

Seth Zachary

SETH ZACHARY is Vice President, Video-On-Demand for Paramount Pictures Worldwide Television Distribution, focusing on licensing for the US and Canadian markets.  Mr. Zachary was previously Director of Pay Television for Disney/ABC Domestic Television for seven years and before joining Disney, he was Director Pay and Cable Television Sales for Universal Television & Networks Group.  Mr. Zachary graduated from the University of Southern California with two Bachelor of Arts Degrees, one in Political Science and one in Sociology.  He received his Jurist Doctorate from Southwestern Law School.    

DANIEL SMITH is Vice President of Digital Content and Production for Playboy Enterprises where he supervises the home entertainment business, as well as the production and distribution of new digital content for Playboy’s online, mobile and television businesses worldwide. Previously, he has been a programming, development and production executive for both Fox Family Channel and The Samuel Goldwyn Company.At Goldwyn, he was production executive on the original American Gladiators television series. With a background in computers and a passion for new technologies, he is always exploring new ways to employ the latest technologies to improve the quality, fun-factor and fast digital distribution of his productions. Mr. Smith received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Daniel Smith

Thomas Molter is Senior Vice President of Warner Bros. Pictures International where he is responsible for managing and maximizing the distribution of WBPI film product internationally, including print management and emerging formats. Mr. Molter served as Vice President and Managing Director, Worldwide All Media, for the Motion Picture Association (MPA) where he led the formation of policy and strategies to address trade and regulatory issues relating to theatrical, television, and home entertainment as well as analysis of trends regarding business and market regulation. Mr. Molter graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Communications/Journalism, and holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Tom Molter

JAVIER PONTON is President of Ponton Worldwide Productions, Inc. and is an internationally recognized expert in post production and creative services.  Mr. Ponton has directed and performed in numerous international versions of U.S. motion pictures including Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, E.T. and Pearl Harbor.  Mr. Ponton directed Sting and Phil Collins in their recordings for The Emperor's New Groove and Tarzan (respectively) and designed recording and mixing facilities for SDI Media in Culver City, California.

Javier Ponton

In three and a half years JOSH HILLER earned his J.D., M.B.A., Certificates in Entrepreneurship and Technology Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Immediately following graduation he served an internship under Chief Justice Ronald M. George of the California Supreme Court.

He then returned to Los Angeles as a litigation associate. Focusing on Intellectual Property, he litigated in both Federal and State courts while managing transactional needs for a growing base of entertainment clients.

In response to the need, opportunity, and his own desire, Mr. Hiller created Hiller Counsel to service the legal affairs and expand the business opportunities for entertainment industry clientele.
