PAM ALLISON is a digital media strategist who focuses on helping companies monetize content and has occupied key roles at DtecNet, DIRECTV, Disney, and Movielink.  Ms. Allison’s strong acumen in developing business opportunities – especially those that involve disruptive or enabling technologies – has enabled her to help clients develop effective “digital age” strategies for a rapidly changing market ecosystem that fulfill customer needs.  Her ability to work with clients from concept generation to prototype development to pilot testing and then to final product has made her a much sought-after consultant.  Ms. Allison holds a BA in Management Engineering from Claremont McKenna College, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, and an MBA and a MS in Computer Science from UCLA.

MICHAEL KARAGOSIAN is the founder and president of MKPE Consulting LLC, a Los Angeles-based consultancy in the entertainment industry.  He is a 30 year veteran of the cinema industry, and has been active in the digital cinema space for the past decade.  He served for eight years as senior technology adviser to the US-based National Association of Theatre Owners, is a member of the board of directors for In-Three, and was an advisor to the UK Film Council in the UK government-financed rollout of digital cinema. In the late 70's and early 80's, Mr. Karagosian led the development of cinema and studio products at Dolby Laboratories.  In the 90's he was co-creator of the Peavey CinemAcoustics product line, and led the development of networked audio and control systems for Disney theme parks.  He chairs the SMPTE TC-21DC30 Digital Cinema Working Group for Exhibition, and is the editor of mkpeReport (http://report.mkpe.com).  His company site is http://mkpe.com.

DOUG MILLER has over 25 years of diversified expertise within the international and domestic media space, full P/L management within Asia, Europe and the United States. While he was EVP and managing director of Walt Disney International in Asia, Mr. Miller demonstrated leadership in partnering with global teams, transforming margin challenges into sustainable high yield profit centers and launching strategic initiatives focused on increasing market share, profitability, and shareholder value.  Mr. Miller's expertise includes leading world-class media (new and traditional), sales, distribution, and market development organizations; developing cutting edge talent, and proactively capitalizing on incremental revenue streams.  A graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Miller is currently managing global distribution and advertising for Michael Eisner's Tornante Animation and Vuguru, as well as managing partner at Stonebridge Global Consulting.

SCHUYLER M. MOORE is a partner in the corporate entertainment department at the Los Angeles office of the national law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP.  Mr. Moore has been practicing in the entertainment industry since 1981, and he represents a broad spectrum of clients throughout the entertainment industry, including producers, sales agents, foreign distributors, and financiers.  He was listed as one of the top 100 California Lawyers by the Daily Journal in 2009 and is consistently listed as one of the top 100 entertainment lawyers by The Hollywood Reporter.

Mr. Moore holds his undergraduate degree from UCLA (Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude) and his law degree also from UCLA (first in class).  He is the author of The Biz: The Basic Business, Legal and Financial Aspects of the Film Industry (Silman-James Press), Taxation of the Entertainment Industry (CCH), and What They Don’t Teach You in Law School (William S. Hein & Co.).  He is an adjunct professor at both the UCLA Law School, teaching Motion Picture Financing, and the UCLA Anderson School of Management, teaching Entertainment Law, and he is a frequent speaker and writer on a wide variety of entertainment subjects

Prior to forming HighView Media, PHILIP SCHUMAN was Co-President, Universal Studios Television Distribution where he was responsible for the successful management of the global theatrical and television product distribution organization for Universal Studios, Inc. Mr. Schuman started at Universal as VP Business Affairs in 1995. Previously, Mr. Schuman was Senior Transactions Counsel, at a division of General Electric. Mr. Schuman began his career obtaining extensive relevant experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions and securities at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York.  Mr. Schuman holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from State University of New York (magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) at Buffalo – Buffalo, NY and J.D. from Emory University School of Law (Order of the Coif, Law Review) – Atlanta, GA.

DANIEL LINCK’S thirty years of entertainment experience includes all phases of film, television, music and video production, distribution, sales and marketing and began while touring with various bands as a pro lead guitarist before accepting a special effects production position at Paramount Pictures, where he won an Emmy Award for his contribution to CARL SAGAN’S COSMOS.  After a stint in production at MGM STUDIOS, Linck next moved into film/video distribution: first at domestic home video trendsetter Media Home Entertainment; then co-founded Active Home Video; and later moving on to found international motion picture licensing/production company Pacific Horizon Entertainment in 1985 (www.pacifichorizonent.com).  For Pacific Horizon, Mr. Linck has acted in a sales/licensing/marketing/production capacity for such diverse clients as MICK FLEETWOOD PRODUCTIONS, MANN THEATERS CORP., GRANADA SKY BROADCASTING and BEBE FILMS (the popular political documentary “Bush’s Brain”). He was also affiliated as an account executive with SONY PICTURES’ Western Theatrical Division. Clients for Pacific Horizon’s Dialogue Transcription Division include NBC, UNIVERSAL and THE CIMARRON GROUP.  As a motion picture and television producer, Linck’s credits include the award-winning feature film DRIVEN, PBS documentary BURGERTOWN and children’s series GOIN’ UP, and the DVD documentary THE LAST 24 HOURS OF JIMI HENDRIX.
